Essential Skills

  • Aptitude for customer service, with the disposition and communication skills to serve customers promptly, accurately, and professionally
  • Ability to efficiently multitask and work in a high-volume customer setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrate discretion with sensitive information; Identify, safeguard, and ensure confidential customer, team member, and/or organizational information
  • Exhibit proficiency with internet knowledge, and familiarity with MS Office products

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Florida Driver License in good standing
  • Pass County and Federal Background Check
  • Verification of employment eligibility using E-Verify
